We provide personalized and attentive in-home and in-school therapy to children who require a supportive adult guide through their challenges. Our dedicated team of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians strive to become invaluable members of the parental support team, constantly working towards providing caring wisdom and helping every child reach their full potential.

Job Description

As a Clinical Supervisor with Abacus Therapies, you will work closely with our expert team to create individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans that encourage growth and progress for the children we serve and their families.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting assessments (e.g., VBMAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R) and developing behavior intervention plans via indirect and direct assessment
  • Providing at-home/school/on-site services as needed
  • Monitor progress and modify goals and interventions as needed to ensure positive change
  • Training and supervising paraprofessionals to ensure highest quality of care
  • Working closely with families to provide support and training
  • Collaborating with school and other therapies (e.g., ST, OT, PT) as needed
  • Submitting assessment reports and treatment plans in a timely manner, maintaining accurate documentation
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the certification exam
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
