Requirements:
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a large healthcare system.
  • Experience with pharmacy residency programs.
  • Post-Graduate Year 1 (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or three (3) years of relevant work experience.
  • Licensed or license eligible as a pharmacist in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
  • Current board certification by Board of Pharmacy Specialties or must obtain within two (2) years from date of hire.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support or must obtain within 90 days from date of hire.
