Pediatric Clinical Float Pharmacist, Critical Care Specialist

The Pediatric Clinical Float Pharmacist, Critical Care will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal therapeutic outcomes for patients of all ages. This position requires a high level of interaction with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in problem-solving and project implementation.
The employee will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the Quality Improvement process through ongoing development and monitoring of performance improvement indicators. Additionally, they will assist the Director in providing effective and efficient use of all resources and ensuring budget and value proposition targets are met.
This position involves non-standardized tasks requiring professional judgment. Errors could lead to cost and quality problems for the Pharmacy Department.

Strong preference for inpatient experience or completion of a PGY-1.
