Key Duties:
- Provide essential healthcare services in the school setting
- Collaborate with registered nurses and district personnel to administer medications as prescribed
- Communicate medical treatment updates to students
- Deliver both office-based and individualized care as required
- Follow emergency and safety protocols established by the educational institution
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or a related field is preferred
- Ability to foster strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Show flexibility and a proactive approach
Requirements:
- Valid LVN License
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS certification
- Current physical examination (within the last year)
- Recent TB screening (within the last year)
