Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at HRM. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high-quality standard is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tours to prospective residents, showcasing the amenities and features of our properties.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collect and process all required documentation and verification for lease renewals and new move-in files.
  • Ensure the curb appeal of our properties is maintained at all times.
  • Process move-out charges and paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Secure bids for expenditures at our properties.
  • Achieve an effective knowledge of software programs used in property management.
  • Collect rent, security deposits, and application fees from residents.
  • Prepare deposits for bank and software programs.
  • Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with staff to coordinate work and achieve objectives.
