Delivery Driver / Delivery Associate (DA)

Position Summary: The primary responsibility of the Delivery Driver / Delivery Associate is to safely and effectively deliver customer packages on an assigned route.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to safely operate a Delivery Van, report to all scheduled shifts on time, and maintain reliable attendance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public, coworkers, dispatchers, managers, and station employees
  • Ability to be independent without constant supervision while delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to walk, lift, bend, twist, and/or stretch during shifts up to 11 hours with packages up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work either Sunday or Saturday

General Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to safety, reliability, and quality standards on and off the road with company property and policies
  • Interact in a positive and professional manner with customers while delivering packages
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job

Work Environment:

  • Drives a delivery van to many customer residences and businesses, climbs in and out of van, and walks up and down stairs as required to deliver packages according to established procedures in all weather conditions
  • Flexibility is key; routes may vary and may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors
  • Full-time hours consisting of 40 hours a week over 4 10 hour days with flexible schedules to meet your needs

Basic Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the U.S, at least 21 years of age, and a Valid Driver's License (From any state, NO CDL REQUIRED)
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug test (We DO NOT TEST FOR MARIJUANA)
