Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team at ICONMA. As a Phlebotomist II, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Draw blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
  • Prepare blood samples for lab testing while following established procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and maintain a positive image of the company.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a safe and professional environment.
  • Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • 3 years of phlebotomy experience needed.
  • Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
  • Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
