Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Buffalo Center in Buffalo, NY. As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents and their families.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience. We also offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and career advancement opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at Buffalo Center, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing advice and support to residents and their families
  • Monitoring patients and administering medication and treatments
  • Documenting patient care services and maintaining accurate records
  • Protecting residents and staff by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
  • Resolving resident problems and needs through multidisciplinary team strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current New York State RN license
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Solid computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented approach
