Key Responsibilities

Core Duties
  • Oversee Engineering Procure Construct tendering and project execution phases. Ensure that all contractual and regulatory obligations are met, maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability. Develop and implement a project quality plan, including witness points and quality records to ensure compliance with contracts. Incorporate customer quality requirements and feedback to enhance tender proposals and improve execution processes.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge within your discipline, utilizing your prior experience and expertise to implement functional policies and strategies.
  • This position is primarily an individual contributor role, requiring strong interpersonal skills. You will communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders regarding design and coordination services. Provide informal mentorship to new team members and simplify complex information for better understanding.
  • Influence projects, processes, and procedures within your area of expertise. While operating with a degree of autonomy, your focus will be on executing activities and providing guidance within established functional practices and procedures. Professional judgment is essential, although you may seek higher-level guidance when necessary.
  • Apply your technical expertise and judgment to resolve issues. Utilize your analytical skills and technical knowledge to address challenges, drawing on multiple internal resources beyond your immediate team to inform decision-making.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality & QA Engineering, alongside at least 3 years of relevant experience.
