Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage customer complaints and work towards effective resolution and prevention of future issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in wire harness assembly.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001) and quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) is a plus.
  • Ability to read blueprints/drawings, schematics, and manuals.
