Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Field Co-op to join our team. As a Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience learning each skilled trade in the business. You will work alongside our field craftworkers and learn how each contributes to the successful completion of a project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist onsite to ensure a safe work environment and quality construction
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and provide superior customer service
  • Learn various skills from the Superintendent, including creating schedules, talking to subcontractors, and running a project smoothly from start to finish
  • Observe and interact with various professionals related to the construction field, including owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Attend project meetings and departmental meetings on an ongoing basis
  • Participate in site and safety inspections, conducting inventories, and troubleshooting
