About the Role

Spectrum Comm Inc is seeking a highly experienced Senior Foreign Military Sales Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Security Cooperation team, you will provide critical support to our DoD customer at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Pricing and Availability (P & A) data, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs), amendments, and modifications in the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
  • Coordinate and participate in program definition meetings, site surveys, management planning meetings, Status Review Meeting (SRMs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
  • Ensure compliance with all current policy, business principles, and legislation applicable to US Security Cooperation and Security Assistance Programs
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, specifically related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management
  • At least six (6) out of ten (10) years of recent work experience related to FMS analysis and planning
