Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at ICONA AVALON. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests, making them feel at home
  • Assign rooms and keys, ensuring a smooth check-in process
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Make reservations and coordinate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for check-in
  • Collect and distribute messages for guests, providing excellent communication
  • Prepare bills and collect payment for visits, maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Provide information about hotel services and amenities, exceeding guest expectations
  • Offer suggestions for local attractions, dining, and shopping, enhancing the guest experience
  • Arrange transportation and provide luggage service when needed
  • Maintain accurate hotel records, ensuring data integrity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of prior hotel experience, with a focus on customer service
Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced hotel setting, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills. The physical demands of this position include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
