Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at PTS Advance. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service tasks, identifying technical problems, and analyzing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems
- Identify technical problems and analyze equipment to determine root causes
- Develop and implement solutions to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Contribute to the development of new sales opportunities and communicate them internally
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent military experience
- Advanced level ability to interact and communicate with varying levels within the organization
- Advanced level ability to use Microsoft Office products
- Moderate ability to self-Project Manage using MS Project or Excel
- Advanced ability to write test plans and reports detailing test results
