  • Collections: Manage outstanding accounts and track overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Patient Account Oversight: Review, audit, and reconcile patient accounts, ensuring accurate and current billing records are maintained.
  • Communication: Engage with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers as necessary, addressing any billing concerns or inquiries.
  • Additional Duties: Compile client information, finalize and archive files, ensuring that client records are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
