Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field in Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is required. Alternatively, a Master's degree may substitute for the experience requirement, which is set at 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Security Clearance:
Candidates must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at the time of hire. Selected applicants will undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility criteria for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work performed.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

As a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within a multidisciplinary team tasked with the design of intricate and mission-critical electrical systems.

Your involvement will span all phases of the program, from requirements analysis and schematic design to overseeing PCB/PWB layout and routing activities, culminating in support for manufacturing, integration, testing, and qualification of the hardware systems.

You will collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to create systems that meet their stringent expectations.

proficiency in designing electrical systems utilizing the Siemens/Mentor Graphics Xpedition tool suite, a solid understanding of the electrical hardware development lifecycle, and familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
