Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Early Intervention Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.
Key Responsibilities- Service Coordination: Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
- Home-Based Services: Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area, utilizing a parent coaching model in work with families.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families, including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
- Assessment and Intervention: Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development, and participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
- Licensure and Experience: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health, and two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
- Communication and Technical Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, and working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Transportation and Bilingualism: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required, and bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
