Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in reception duties, including answering calls and taking accurate messages.
  • Background in billing, cashiering, and client service interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with diverse individuals and resolve inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with various software applications for documentation, scheduling, and medical record management.
  • Experience in a veterinary or medical setting, with knowledge of relevant procedures and confidentiality protocols.
  • Understanding of animal anatomy and medical terminology to provide accurate information and referrals.
  • Knowledge of admissions, records, and cashiering policies within a veterinary context.

Our Client Services team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and referring veterinarians, ensuring a compassionate approach during critical times.

  • Requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.
