Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with various software applications for documentation, scheduling, and medical record management.
  • Experience in a veterinary or medical setting, with knowledge of relevant procedures and confidentiality protocols.
  • Understanding of animal anatomy and medical terminology to provide accurate information and referrals.
  • Knowledge of admissions, records, and cashiering policies within a veterinary context.

The Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital is dedicated to providing round-the-clock medical care for patients while supporting the educational programs of the School of Veterinary Medicine. Our Client Services team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to clients and referring veterinarians, ensuring a compassionate approach during critical times.

Work Environment:

  • May involve interaction with sick animals and potentially hazardous materials.
  • Requires flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.
