Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement: Plan and execute orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Supplier Engagement: Communicate with farms to negotiate pricing and confirm product availability.
  • Customer Coordination: Collaborate with restaurants and grocery stores to fulfill their purchasing and delivery requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory levels in the ERP system, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Spoilage Reduction: Implement strategies to minimize product spoilage and waste.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee logistics for multiple daily truck deliveries.
