Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Silencerco. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting components and assemblies, as well as performing various tasks to ensure the efficient production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and Inspection: Assemble and visually inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Labeling and Packaging: Print, apply, and scan labels, as well as package completed products for shipping.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stocking, maintaining, and picking inventory to ensure timely production and delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the production manager and team members to ensure smooth production and meet monthly goals and deadlines.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma and one year of work experience.
  • Physical Demands: Eyesight and manual dexterity sufficient to identify and maintain finish quality of components. Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as basic computer skills, specifically Windows PCs.
  • Experience: Experience with enterprise resource planning software is a plus. Familiarity with Kaizen or Lean philosophy, 5S pillars, and ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
