**Job Overview:**
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our team at our new Denver location. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will inspire and develop a high-performing team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain high customer service standards across the store and team.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Encourage suggestive selling to maximize sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Sustain a clean store environment meeting The Normal Brand's quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback on product sell-through to the Store Manager.
- Mentor and develop team members through clear communication.
- Educate the team on product knowledge.
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of the business.
- Foster an inclusive work environment promoting respectful communication.
- Ensure store security.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel management.
- Ability to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with or managing inventory.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- A team player who takes ownership and has fun.
- Self-starter with independent, goal-oriented, data-driven, competitive, and positive energy.
- A people person, approachable, and friendly.
- Strong retail business acumen.
- Inventory integrity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 38-40 hours per week to maintain full-time status.
