Job Opportunity

K2 Staffing is seeking a skilled Assistant General Contracting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the management of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience working on industrial construction projects. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and reviewing submittals
  • Writing and tracking RFIs and processing or assisting in change orders
  • Preparing and maintaining meeting agendas and minutes
  • Maintaining construction drawings and providing marketing assistance as required
  • Assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent with subcontract and schedule administration

Estimated Salary: $75,000 per year.

Benefits include 100% coverage for medical and dental insurance, employer contributions to an HSA, 401k with match, long-term and short-term disability, life insurance, and other supplemental benefits.
