Position Overview:

Healthcare Services Group is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Divisional Staffing Coordinator to enhance our dedicated team. This pivotal role focuses on sourcing and securing exceptional talent for the Northeast Division. Reporting directly to the Corporate Recruitment Director, the incumbent will be instrumental in crafting and executing recruitment strategies, overseeing the hiring process, and delivering essential support to Account Managers, District Managers, and other vital stakeholders to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Provide ongoing support and direction to account managers and operational leaders regarding effective recruitment methods for housekeeping, laundry, and dining positions.
  • Job Posting Management: Monitor and optimize job postings to ensure a steady flow of candidates while managing recruitment budgets efficiently. Address significant staffing challenges to cultivate a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Participate in weekly meetings with senior leadership, including District Managers and Directors of Operations, to support recruitment initiatives at various levels. Work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and continuously refine tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Diverse Sourcing Techniques: Employ a variety of sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and industry platforms, to attract and engage potential candidates. Distribute approved recruiting materials for on-site recruitment activities.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Assist in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for leadership and challenging roles. Ensure hiring managers maintain recruitment activities, including candidate communications and compliance documentation within the ATS.
  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, community centers, and educational institutions to source candidates across all levels.
  • Career Fair Participation: Organize and take part in virtual and in-person career fairs as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Lead monthly recruitment training sessions for new hires and participate in corporate recruiting team meetings.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Data Management: Maintain and oversee candidate data and recruitment metrics within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze recruitment reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local recruitment regulations.
  • Policy Adherence: Uphold program standards and policies, reporting relevant information to Corporate HR for ongoing training and development.
