Deltek Talent Management is seeking a highly skilled Resource Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide general Human Resource, Training Management, and Personnel and Administrative actions for senior military and civilian senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all actions that are not personal services or considered inherently governmental actions for the supported offices.
- Provide technical guidance and consultation on Human Resource, Personnel, and Administrative processes.
- Support senior leadership calendar of events, including business meetings, office business rhythm, and organizational Chief calendar management.
- Plan, assist, support, and execute all activities related to personnel management and human resource functions.
- Develop and provide on-the-job training to Government personnel focused on talent management disciplines.
- Ensure that all assigned actions are completed and disseminated to appropriate personnel within identified timelines.
- BA/BS Degree Required
- 5+ Years' Experience Required, Microsoft Office and Teams Experience Required; TMT Experience Preferred
- Clearance: Secret
- Salary Range: $105,000-$155,000
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
