Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Administrator to join our team at the State of California. As a Grant Administrator, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and monitoring local assistance grant programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze grant proposals to ensure compliance with grant criteria
  • Conduct field inspections and site visits to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement grant agreements and payment requests

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public administration, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in grant administration, program management, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience working with CEQA process and grant management software
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
