Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care transitions between clinic, procedural, and outpatient treatment areas
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate timely scheduling of appointments, diagnostic testing, and procedures
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, schedulers, and other departments
- Track incidental radiological and laboratory findings, and ensure follow-up as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Montana licensure (Registered Nurse)
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- 1 year of direct patient care experience
- Preferred: Certification in specialty, experience in specialty, and 3 years of direct patient care experience
This role requires the ability to work in a busy and stressful environment, with a focus on providing excellent patient care and communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
