Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care transitions between clinic, procedural, and outpatient treatment areas
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate timely scheduling of appointments, diagnostic testing, and procedures
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, schedulers, and other departments
  • Track incidental radiological and laboratory findings, and ensure follow-up as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
  • Montana licensure (Registered Nurse)
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
  • 1 year of direct patient care experience
  • Preferred: Certification in specialty, experience in specialty, and 3 years of direct patient care experience
