Job Summary:

The Urology Care Coordinator collaborates with healthcare providers and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination. This role requires a registered nurse with experience in direct patient care, who can assess, evaluate, and implement care plans to promote quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling appointments, diagnostic testing, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate timely scheduling and ensure continuity of care.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to promote positive outcomes.
  • Provide patient and family education on care plans and treatment options.
  • Document patient encounters and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
  • Montana licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • At least one year of direct patient care experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in a specialty area.
  • Experience in urology or a related field.
