Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you'll diagnose, rebuild, and repair vehicles and equipment, perform inspections and preventive maintenance, and prepare reports. You'll work under limited supervision to perform work of considerable difficulty in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs using knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Understand safety practices and procedures, including electrical systems, computerized induction/ignition systems, and acetylene and electric arc welding.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes and establish effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, including manufacturer's service specifications, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • Obtain and/or maintain a Class 'A' Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
  • Experience working on vehicles, heavy duty, is preferred.
  • Experience working in the agricultural field is a plus.
  • Must be willing to submit and pass a Background Check, Drug Screen & MVR.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$98,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(K), profit sharing, and paid time off.
