Job Overview

E&M Technologies, Inc. is actively seeking a Senior Maintenance Specialist to provide critical support for the US Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Signals Intelligence Field Support (DSFS). This role involves the oversight and enhancement of intelligence operations through advanced technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the health and status of SIGINT systems and associated networks, ensuring optimal performance across various platforms.
  • Oversee network connections between SIGINT sensors and ground equipment, coordinating restoration efforts as necessary.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide sustainment support during system upgrades.
  • Conduct thorough analysis, diagnostics, and fault isolation for SIGINT systems and networks related to ground components.
  • Facilitate post-upgrade software and hardware efforts in accordance with technical documentation and procedures, while providing on-the-job training to personnel.

Pre-Mission Duties:

  • Ensure readiness of SIGINT systems and networks, aligning configurations with mission requirements.
  • Execute pre-mission tasks, including system reboots and data input for mission templates.

Mission Execution Duties:

  • Provide real-time assistance to operators and users regarding SIGINT and network issues.
  • Document and address issues related to SIGINT processes and systems.
  • Monitor SIGINT sensors and networks, taking corrective actions to restore capabilities as needed.

Post-Mission Duties:

  • Evaluate anomalies in SIGINT sensors and networks, including maintenance actions and incident reports.
  • Submit incident tickets and perform necessary software and hardware maintenance actions.
  • Conduct mission debriefs to ensure all maintenance personnel are informed of any issues encountered.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • At least 10 years of experience with DCGS.
  • Minimum of 10 years in Information Security Systems Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sensor Management.
  • DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA, or CySA+) or IAM Level I certification (e.g., CAP, CND, or GSLC).
  • DoD IASAE Level II Certified (e.g., CASP+ CE, CISSP, or CSSLP).
