The Implementation Consultant plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for our clients as they onboard onto our services. This role contributes to the successful implementation and integration of our Payroll and HR Solutions, enabling clients to streamline their processes and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific payroll and HR requirements and gather necessary data for successful system configuration.
- Manage the full scope of implementation, from kick-off through go-live, managing realistic expectations throughout.
- Complete client shell setup and dashboard creation in Prism (HRIS) for new clients.
- Manage multiple client implementations and run first payroll(s).
- Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use our HRIS system effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
- Develop and execute implementation project plans.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand client business needs and ensure a cohesive implementation process.
- Review and audit client payroll and HR data for accuracy.
- Lead client meetings to effectively communicate implementation timelines, milestones, and project deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process-related issues that arise during the implementation phase.
- Maintain Client Space (Customer Relationship Management System) throughout the client's implementation phase.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to establish rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills to conduct data analysis and quality control assessments.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and re-prioritize as needed to meet changing business objectives and requirements.
- Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs) preferred.
- At least 3 years of related work experience preferred.
- HR/Payroll outsourcing industry knowledge preferred.
