Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple crews, ensuring safe and timely project completion, and implementing effective work sequencing.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple crews and ensure efficient project execution
  • Implement effective work sequencing and scheduling
  • Manage material procurement and requisition needs
  • Identify and mitigate safety risks
  • Assemble and install electrical equipment
  • Terminate wires and cable to electrical equipment
  • Test electrical components for continuity and proper voltage readings
  • Inspect electrical equipment and components for hazards and proper operation
  • Setup and maintain temporary power systems
  • Install and maintain grounding systems for all equipment and structures

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
  • Experience working on high-voltage systems
  • Knowledge of electrical theory, including Ohm's Law
  • Ability to install and modify cable tray using hand tools and power tools
  • Proficiency in cable pulling methods and specialized electrical tools
  • Ability to terminate high and low-voltage equipment and cable/wiring
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Licensed Journeyman Electrician
  • National Center for Construction Education and Research's (NCCER) certification for Industrial Journeyman Electrician
  • Ability to work 12 hours a day and meet physical demands of the job
