Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at Ocean Place. As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean and well-maintained, and that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping
    • Change bed linen daily
    • Vacuum carpeting
    • Dust all furniture, including picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TVs, and dressers
    • Remove fingerprints and smudges from mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc.
    • Thoroughly clean the bathroom area, including the shower stall, sink, floor, toilet, etc.
  • Room Preparation
    • Turn off all lights, TVs, and air conditioners when leaving the room
    • Assist housekeepers with additional cleaning chores as assigned
  • Guest Service
    • Interact with guests in a pleasant and friendly manner
    • Respect the privacy of guests

  • Detail-oriented and thorough
