Key Responsibilities- Create a clear vision for nursing in your department and work with supervisors and staff to achieve goals.
- Build a proven work environment based on research and mentor team members for growth in clinical and leadership roles.
- Stay current on clinical practices, leadership methods, research findings, and patient care models, and plan quality improvements using evidence.
- Manage research projects to grow skills and create a caring, safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Registered nurse with certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Trauma Outcomes & Performance (TOPIC).
- Ability to think conceptually and critically, and to train, inspire, and manage team members.
