Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Help Desk Support to join our team at K2 Staffing. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and virus scans
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred
