  • Assist the Communications Supervisor and Director in operating the department within the guidelines of the FTE budget, operating budget, and hospital policy.
  • Coordinate the efficient and effective operation of the Communications department, including the mailroom.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Two years of Communications/Dispatch/Switchboard experience.
  • Attendant Console experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work within a 24/7/365 hospital on-call setting.

Education:

High School or Equivalent is required.
