Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Lead Financial Strategist:
Perform comprehensive financial evaluations to assess the performance across various product lines, geographical regions, and distribution channels. Employ financial modeling techniques and analytical tools to analyze sales patterns, pricing approaches, and profitability indicators.
Support the formulation of annual budgets and quarterly projections. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend variance drivers and deliver insights that enhance precision and strategic decision-making.

Examine sales metrics to monitor performance against objectives, pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and propose strategies to boost revenue and market presence.

Generate, analyze, and interpret financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to aid in informed decision-making.
Compile and present regular financial reports to management, emphasizing significant trends, variances, and potential opportunities or concerns.
Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor actions, and consumer trends to identify new opportunities and risks. Transform market insights into actionable business strategies.
Engage with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business strategies. Provide financial insights and support to facilitate decision-making processes that drive business outcomes.
Prepare routine financial reports and presentations for senior management, underscoring key performance metrics, trends, and insights. Articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support long-term strategic planning and initiatives.
Assess financial performance against critical business metrics.
Identify and evaluate financial risks and opportunities. Formulate strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on potential opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of experience in Finance
Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Strong business communication and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
