Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Bruker. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our advanced analytical instrumentation solutions to customers in the US.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Meet or exceed assigned territory sales targets by maintaining and growing sales in current accounts, and identifying and closing business in new accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Accurately forecast prospects through the sales cycle, interpret customer needs, and identify solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bruker's Optics products, including MIR, NIR, and Raman solutions.
  • Communication and Presentation: Provide demos, feasibility studies, and training to customers, and represent Bruker at customer events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Time Management and Organization: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Education: BSc, MSc, or PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, food science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven sales experience in the analytical instrumentation industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel at least 50% of the monthly working time.
