Position Summary
The role involves the cleaning and upkeep of communal spaces such as hallways, lobbies, staircases, and locker rooms. Responsibilities include the delivery and collection of items like rollaway beds and ironing equipment to guest accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness of designated areas by collecting and disposing of waste and debris.
- Handle property cleanup, including hazardous materials.
- Transport rollaway beds, irons, and other amenities to guest rooms.
- Restock linen supplies in designated closets and manage linen carts.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and supplies.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 or 21, depending on the property.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred minimum of one year of experience in cleaning services.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Capability to push, pull, and lift weights up to 100 pounds.
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications and/or licenses.
