You will manage Human Resources responsibilities for assigned departments, creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.

You will research weekly labor financial variances and provide analytical summaries. You will attend "Due Process" meetings with Employee Relations, document performance issues, and issue progressive discipline in partnership with Employee Relations.

You will ensure all attendance is tracked accurately in Workday, including all FMLA and personal/medical leave. You will work with WFM to ensure all layoffs and FMLAs are entered immediately.

You will follow up with employees for failures to clock-in/out and issue discipline in accordance with departmental and company policies.

You will develop written processes, memos, and communication to improve operations based on the direction of the Housekeeping Director.

You will maintain Pay changes in Workday, including pay rate increases, promotions, and other compensation-related changes.

You will maintain Blackberry phone records and troubleshoot device issues with IT/PBX.

You will prepare and review employee forms and compensation-related paperwork to ensure compliance with staff plan and budgeting constraints.

You will be able to frequently move about all areas of the facility and have manual dexterity to access computers and operate office equipment.

You will effectively communicate in English in a similar resort setting.

Previous Hotel Management experience is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.
