About the Role

As a Provider Network Specialist at Private Health Management, you'll collaborate with care teams across various service lines to identify and recommend top providers for our clients' clinical needs. Your role involves building relationships with healthcare providers to ensure top-notch care delivery. You'll also engage in brainstorming and implementing innovative technologies to boost efficiency and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify top-tier healthcare providers and institutions to match our clients' needs
  • Drive the evolution of the PHM Provider Network and our processes through innovative tech enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency
  • Conduct thorough reviews of provider credentials, leveraging your medical knowledge and our tools against PHM gold standards
  • Proactively expand and refine the PHM proprietary database of elite providers, harnessing research and identification strategies
  • Implement technology-powered processes to streamline insurance verification and enhance patient access
  • Collaborate with research and clinical teams to assess providers and healthcare programs for comprehensive evaluation

Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors, including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data, and other relevant business considerations, may all factor into final compensation.
