Key Responsibilities- Identify top-tier healthcare providers and institutions to match our clients' needs
- Drive the evolution of the PHM Provider Network and our processes through innovative tech enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency
- Conduct thorough reviews of provider credentials, leveraging your medical knowledge and our tools against PHM gold standards
- Proactively expand and refine the PHM proprietary database of elite providers, harnessing research and identification strategies
- Implement technology-powered processes to streamline insurance verification and enhance patient access
- Collaborate with research and clinical teams to assess providers and healthcare programs for comprehensive evaluation
- Dynamic, solution-oriented problem-solving skills
- Proven adaptability to change, coupled with a drive to solve complex challenges through innovative technology and process enhancements
- Self-starter mentality, equipped with robust research and problem-solving skills, and possessing an understanding of diverse medical specialties to translate business requirements into comprehensive system specifications
- A collaborative mindset, complemented by outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, essential for effective teamwork and seamless coordination

We offer a total compensation package that includes health/dental/vision benefits, 401k with match, PTO, and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors, including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data, and other relevant business considerations, may all factor into final compensation.
