Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related purposes.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- First Aid and CPR certification, with the ability to obtain additional certifications as required.
- Bilingual Spanish skills a plus, but not required.
