As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to Direct Support Professional staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to Direct Support Professional staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Support the broader program vision, standardizing systems, and maintaining a high level of service quality across all homes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy environment for individuals served.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement program goals, objectives, and policies.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, provide training and development opportunities, and evaluate staff performance.
- Develop and manage the annual operations budget for the program.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services provided, including incident reports, progress notes, and other required documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field.
- At least two years of experience in human services, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and personal automobile liability insurance coverage.
- CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds for a total of up to 130 pounds in a two-person lift.
