Job Title: Executive Director Market Access Pipeline

Job Summary:

The Executive Director Market Access Pipeline will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies for CSL Behring's pipeline assets. This role requires strong expertise in health economics, R&D interfaces, and a deep understanding of the payer environment in both the US and key international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Market Access pipeline team across all Therapeutic Areas (TAs) within CSL Behring and CSL Vifor, building a high-performing global market access pipeline team.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and other partner functions to influence clinical development programs and ensure market access considerations are integrated early in the product lifecycle.
  • Analyze and interpret payer landscape, payer policy trends, and economic data in both the US and key international markets to inform strategic decision-making for pipeline assets.
  • Develop Market Access Plans (MAP) for early and late-stage development assets, maximizing asset lifecycle value while ensuring patient access and public health.
  • Identify market access opportunities and risks, capture opportunities, and mitigate risks through proactive planning, scenario analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver early Global Value Dossiers (GVDs) and update GVD at stage gate and major data readout.
Qualifications:
  • At least 15 years of experience in global market access, with a focus on pipeline asset market access strategy, health economics, and outcomes research.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience at the intersection of market access and R&D.
  • In-depth knowledge of global healthcare systems and payer landscapes, particularly in the US and key international markets.
  • Advanced degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related field; a PhD in Health Economics is strongly preferred.
