Wellnest Emotional Health & Wellness is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team in providing comprehensive mental health services to Transition Age Youth (TAY) in Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). As a Clinical Therapist, you will work closely with clients, their families, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as provide skill-building and rehabilitation services to clients.
  • Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans that address their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with other service providers, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Experience working with Transition Age Youth (TAY) and individuals with severe mental illness (SMI) or serious emotional disturbance (SED).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current registration with the licensing board.
