This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within H&R Block, where you will be responsible for managing multiple tax offices. As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of three H&R Block tax offices, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.

As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth plans for your offices, building strong relationships with local partners, and managing office community involvement. You will also work closely with the District General Manager to recruit and interview candidates for tax office associate positions, conduct performance reviews, and resolve any associate issues that may arise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our company, while also developing your own skills and expertise as a leader.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders
  • Partner with the District General Manager (DGM) to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets
  • Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and partner with Associate Relations Center to resolve associate issues and address performance concerns
Requirements
  • People management experience, with demonstrated ability to grow and develop associates
  • Demonstrated aptitude for growth plan execution and ability to lead towards growth culture
  • Strong decision-making and judgment skills and the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset that seeks to understand and exceed client needs
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office
