Job Overview:

This role is responsible for operating and maintaining robotic equipment used in the production of safety and security systems, including wire mesh partitions, safety railings, and storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Operations: Conduct regular maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition. Operate robotic machinery and equipment, performing tasks such as loading materials, program setting, and execution of operational sequences.
  • Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify and report any product defects or machinery malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Safety Protocols: Strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of safety gear and emergency procedures. Ensure that the robotic equipment is operated in a safe manner to prevent accidents.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities, times, and any issues encountered. Assist in the preparation of reports on production performance and machine efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and production staff, to optimize production processes. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotic technology relevant to the Aspen Guard LLC division. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in robotics or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in operating robotic machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods. Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise tasks.
