Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at Aspen Guard LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and maintaining Panasonic robotic systems, with proficiency in PLCs, HMI interfaces, and other control systems relevant to robotic automation.

Responsibilities:
  • System Programming: Program, set up, and operate Panasonic robotic systems to perform various tasks in the production process.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on robotic equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to robotic systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new robotic technologies and automation solutions into existing processes.
  • Training and Documentation: Train and mentor production staff on the proper operation and maintenance of robotic equipment. Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, adjustments, and programming changes, to maintain accurate records.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in programming and maintaining Panasonic robotic systems in an industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of PLCs, HMI interfaces, and other control systems relevant to robotic automation.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
