Clinical Services Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Program Director to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative management and ensuring the quality of clinical services to emotionally and/or behaviorally disadvantaged children and adolescents and their families.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the intake, assessment, and treatment services of all clients in the program.
- Act as a liaison between the program and other agencies, as well as the community at large.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate program activities.
- Maintain records and statistical reports as required by funding sources.
- Ensure the delivery of quality long-term, short-term, emergency, and/or clinical services to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Participate as a member of the Quality Management Team to ensure intra- and inter-agency services and cooperative working relationships, as well as to facilitate the agency standardization process.
- Hire program staff subject to the approval of the Program Director. Provide training, supervision, and evaluation of program staff, interns, and volunteers. Oversee budget expectations as it pertains to program census, program expenses, and staff ratios.
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and safety standards of the program physical sites, properties, and materials.
- Monitor compliance of licensing entities, including, but not limited to, the National Council on Accreditation Standards.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in social sciences (M.S.W., M.Ed., and/or M.A. in psychology) and at least five years of experience, with two years in an administrative role. The candidate should also have demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, analytical, and decisive in problem-solving, as well as experience in supervising and leading diversified staff. Additionally, the candidate should have administrative and organizational capabilities and the ability to work effectively with other community agencies.
The successful candidate will be required to physically manage clients, if necessary, using methods and techniques approved by Seven Hills Foundation. The candidate should be in relatively good health and able to perform the duties listed above.
