**Job Summary**

System One Holdings, LLC is seeking a skilled Aluminum Casting Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aluminum casting process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare the casting area for production, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
  • Begin and maintain the cast, monitoring temperature and pressure to ensure optimal results.
  • Collect metal samples during casting and deliver them for quality testing.
  • Remove, replace, and set up drain pans for continuous operation.
  • Operate remote control crane as required.
  • Perform minor repairs and cleaning of hardware.
  • Service trough, molds, and additional equipment as necessary.
  • Complete reports and logs as necessary.
  • Notify the Control Room Operator and General Manager of any shortages in consumables or potential concerns in production.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend and stand for extended periods of time, and withstand exposure to heat and cold.
  • Ability to climb in overhead structures, work beneath machines, and in close quarters.
  • Willingness to work all shifts, flexible hours, and mandatory overtime.
