Aluminum Finisher

Are you a skilled and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking an Aluminum Finish Operator to join our team at System One.

The Aluminum Finish Operator is responsible for the safe operation of various equipment in the finishing area, including homogenizing furnaces, cooling chambers, band saws, lathes, and other machinery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Operate homogenization furnaces and cooling chambers to produce high-quality aluminum products
• Load and unload equipment, positioning material as required
• Monitor and record material dimensions using measuring instruments and SOPs
• Identify and report defective material and faulty equipment to the General Manager or Maintenance Department
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all plant safety regulations and work rules

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and withstand exposure to heat and cold
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and flexible hours

• $1,000 sign-on bonus
• Pay: $17.50 - $23/Hr. (based on experience)
• Rotating shifts with Continental Schedule 2 on 2 off; 3 on 2 off
